The IFHA is a financial instititution that administers affordable housing recourses. IFHA raises millions of dollars and partners with various lending and banking agencies throughout the state. Idaho Finance and Housing Association works with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to help implement strategic tasks managing finance, development, and managing affordable housing.
